About Sunnyside Guest House - Greenacres
Well established guest house in the Greenacres area set in a landscaped garden.
6 Self-contained suites 1 and 2 bedrooms available.
Perfect accommodation for the tourist, family, sportsman, corporate guest or for leisurely weekend.
Affordable rates offering the following options - selfcatering, bed and breakfast or dinner bed and breakfast.
All accommodation offers well equipped kitchenettes and private lounge areas. Private entrances and patios off each suite. Single, 3/4, double and kings size beds available. Sleeper couches available in each suite that can be configured to your requirements. All rooms have DSTV as well as sufficient working area for corporate clients.
10Mins from main swimming beaches and airport and we are happy to arrange transfers.
Our guests have use of the braai areas as well as the swimming pool situated inthe guest house garden. Safe, off street, well lit, undercover parking behind remote controlled gates.
Suites are serviced Monday - Saturday excepting for public holidays. Small dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.

- From the N2 take the City/Cape Road exit and bear right onto Cape Road.
- After 4.1 kms turn left into Rochelle Road.
- Cross over Norvic at the traffic lights.
- Turn first right into Kestell then first left into Carlton.
- At the T-junction Sunnyside Guest House is in front of you.
From East London
- Coming into PE on the N2, take the left exit and follow the signs that say Settlers Way (M4) until you are on the freeway, with the bay on your left.
- Take the Mount Road exit (M4), crossing over 2 sets of traffic lights (Govan Mbeki Ave & Harrower Rd) passing Tavcor VW & Audi dealerships on the left and up to the circle.
- Turn right into the circle and take the first exit into Diaz Rd.
- At the 1st set of traffic lights turn left into Conyngham Rd, travel up the hill for 700m, passing Brebner and Pretorius Streets and turn right into Joubert Street.
- Travel 350m along Joubert Street to number 11 on the right hand side.
- Please park at Sunnyside reception.
From Port Elizabeth Airport
- From the terminal area turn left at the traffic circle into 3rd Avenue.
- At the traffic lights turn left into Heugh Road.
- After 1 km turn right into 6th Avenue.
- After 1.3 km turn right into Targetkloof.
- At the second traffic light at the top of Targetkloof turn left into Cape Road.
- After 2.2 km turn right into Rochelle Road.
- Cross over Norvic at the traffic lights.
